Cramping or/and bloating: 
 this happens sometimes when there is residue in the colon,  minor blockages of sorts, which have cellulose as a component.  The Candex goes to work to digest the blockage, and cramping and gas can result.

Follow up by replacing the friendly bacteria, as instructed below. While you are doing the cleanse, suspend use of the Candex, although you could maintain on half a capsule if you choose. Then resume when you replenish with the probiotics.

Diarrhea:
the problem here is that when Candex begins to eliminate the yeast from your colon, it gets rid of the major organism that is currently residing there, and nothing is left to slow down the transit of food and let it form solids.

Solution:  replace the friendly organisms. I suggest a combination of soil-based organisms, and probiotics.
