Methylcobalamin B-12

is the co-enzyme form of B12, the form that exists in the body.

Many people, particularly the elderly, have trouble converting B12 as cyanocobalamin to its usable form.

  •   With Methyl B12, no such conversion is necessary:  it is the most active and effective form of B12.
